‘Safe, Fun and Learn‘
Templeogue Afterschool Academy’s daily schedule is as follows:
- Collection from School
- Children change into their comfortable clothes
- Hot Lunch
- Supervised Homework Club
- Choice of 5 Activities running each day
- Each age group has the opportunity of doing all activities, with the rotation of each activity every 30-45mins.
- Afternoon Snack
- All activities run till 6pm each day.
- Collections can be no later than 6:30pm
Every day along with a specialised Activity, all the children can choose from a variety of the following activities both indoors and outdoors. Our main aim is that once the children have their lunch and finished their homework that they are active and outside as much as possible.
Specialised Activities are taught by a trained teacher/coach in their specific field:
Arts and Crafts
Basketball
Dance
Soccer
Speech and Drama
GAA
Tennis
Lego
